1. Personal Data

Any information relating to an identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person shall be deemed to be a natural person who can be identified by reference in particular to an identifier such as name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more elements characteristic of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity.

2. Data Subject

The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.

3. Processing

Any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to Personal Data or sets of Personal Data, such as the collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination provision, comparison or interconnection, restriction, cancellation or destruction.

4. Controller

The natural or legal person, public authority or other body which determines the purposes and means of the Processing of Personal Data.

5. Processor

The natural or legal person, public authority or other body that processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.

6. Third Party

The natural or legal person, public authority or other body other than the Data Subject, the Controller, the Processor and the persons authorised to process Personal Data under the direct authority of the Controller.

7. Profiling

Any form of automated Processing of Personal Data consisting of the use of such Personal Data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or foresee aspects relating to the professional performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, behaviour, location or movements of the natural person.

8. Service

Any service offered by the Controller to the Data Subject via the Sbuch.it platform or by Third Parties.

9. Personal Data Breach

The security breach that accidentally or unlawfully results in the destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access to the Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

10. Data Subject’s Consent

Any manifestation of the free, specific, informed and unequivocal will of the Data Subject, by which the same expresses its consent, by declaration or unequivocal positive action, to have his Personal Data processed.

Modification of this document

The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this document at any time, any update will be communicated promptly and by appropriate means. It will always be notified if the Controller carries out a Processing of the Personal Data of the Data Subject for purposes other than those indicated in this Document before proceeding and after the expression of the respective consent of the Data Subject if necessary. The Data Subject who continues to use Sbuch.it after the publication of the changes, accepts the new document without reservation. In addition, if any provision of these conditions is deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the other provisions.
